Tuition Fee
Most public universities in Germany do not charge tuition fees for undergraduate and postgraduate programs. However, students may need to pay a semester contribution (usually €250–€350).
Undergraduate (Public Universities): €0 – €1,500/semester
Postgraduate (Public Universities): €0 – €3,000/semester
Private Institutions: €10,000 – €20,000/year
Language Proficiency Requirements
Students applying for English-taught or German-taught programs must submit valid proof of language proficiency:
For English-Taught Programs:
IELTS: 6.0 – 6.5
TOEFL: 80 – 90 iBT
PTE: 60 – 65
For German-Taught Programs:
DSH / TestDaF required depending on the university
German language proficiency up to B2 or C1 level
